The Wellness Program has been an invaluable support for managing minor health concerns. Instead of delaying medical attention due to cost, I’m able to rely on the additional funds the program provides. The best part is that it only requires a few minutes each day.

TTM can be an excellent place for anyone who puts in the extra effort to have the means to advance their career and opportunities in life.  In my situation, I started at TTM in an entry level production position on swing shift and worked my way up at a very young age in a relatively short period of time from a Lead, to Supervisor, to Manager while continuing to work toward my Bachelor’s degree.  After earning my degree and continuing to learn and grow as a manager, I was eventually able to take on a position as a Director.   The work can be challenging, but is very interesting and rewarding
