We offer bridge selections to cover both low and high-power applications. With voltages from 55 to 1200V and current ratings from 5 to 800A, chances are we have a bridge module to meet your needs.
Our low inductance and robust mechanical designs are ideal for high-reliability applications. Silicon carbide (SiC) bridges offer unsurpassed switching performance and higher operating temperatures. Our low-voltage bridges contain MOSFET switching transistors, and our high-voltage bridges contain Insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) with matching diodes or silicon carbide MOSFET and diodes. H bridges can be used for DC brushed motor drives and controls, voice coil drives, stepper motor drives, Piezoelectric drives, and Peltier element drives, to name just a few. Three-phase bridges can be used for brushless DC motor drives and controllers, three-phase AC motor drives, and three-phase AC inverters, along with many other uses. The selection list contains both hermetic package types and plastic encapsulated package styles.
