TTM is a leading supplier of microcircuits to the aerospace, space and defense markets, and is certified and qualified to MIL-PRF-38534 for both Class H (military) and Class K (space) microelectronics. We offer a selection of PWM Class D amplifiers ideal for DC brushed motor control and audio amplification. Features offered can include self-contained low-side/high-side drive circuitry for ease of use. Internal PWM generation with shoot-through protection combined with high- and low-side current limit protection can also extend our devices' capability and flexibility. The internal high-side charge pump feature allows a duty cycle of up to 100%. The internal error amp and precision reference require only passive components to complete the feedback design. Isolated cases allow direct heat sinking.
