More About TTM's Bridges with Gate Drive
TTM is a leading supplier of microcircuits to the aerospace, space, and defense markets and is certified and qualified to MIL-PRF-38534 for both Class H (military) and Class K (space) microelectronics. We offer bridge selections to cover both low voltage and high voltage areas, and our bridge with gate drive offerings makes control interfacing a snap. With gate drive circuitry internally incorporated, ease of use means direct interfacing to control logic. Our low voltage bridges contain 75v MOSFET switching transistors, and our 600v bridges contain insulated gate bipolar transistors (“IGBT”) for higher efficiency in high voltage applications. Currents range from 5 amps through 50 amps.
H bridges can be used for DC brushed motor drives and controls, voice coil drives, stepper motor drives, Piezo electric drives, and Peltier element drives, to name just a few. Three-phase bridges can be used for brushless DC motor drives and controllers, three-phase AC motor drives, and three-phase AC inverters, along with many other uses. The selection list contains both hermetic package types and plastic encapsulated package styles. Several in the list incorporate complete isolation between input and output sections, allowing the controller section to be totally isolated from the high voltage supply and output.
