Xinger® – 90度混合式耦合器 3dB

Xinger®的90度混合式耦合器是一款四端口设备，可用于平均分配输入信号，并以90度相位移端口输出。我们的混合耦合器在大的带宽范围内具有低插入损耗、严格的幅度平衡和高功率性能，适合功率放大器应用。

所有Xinger®组件都经过严格的质量鉴定测试，并且制造所使用的材料如FR4、G-10、RF-35、RO4350和聚酰亚胺等，和常用基片的热膨胀系数（CTE）相兼容。 Xinger®的耦合器为便利制造工序，以表贴工艺的包装方式供应。该产品符合RoHS规定，频率范围从225 MHz至6.0 GHz，并且可以驾驭高至500W功率等级的连续波。
